Best Coffee Spots in Boise
I haven’t been to every coffee place … yet, haha … but I have been to quite a few and one of the main things I look for in a coffee place is aesthetic and what syrup they use … and it can’t be Torani … YUCK!!!!! Sorry, not sorry … so when I go to coffee places, they need to use Monin syrups or make their own from cane sugar … below are the ones I have tried and approved of … I’m sure I will add more to this list as I try more and more coffee places in Treasure Valley :)
SALT AND LIGHT LOUNGE - EAGLE
This unique lounge offers coffee, matcha, teas, and pastries from Rose Hill Bakery by morning and beer, wine, and charcuterie in the afternoon into evening. They use organic house made syrups and local organic coffee beans! Add Salt and Light Coffee Lounge to your list for sure!
VICTORY GARDENS
Shown above is one of my favorite coffee spots in Meridian: Victory Gardens … they use quality ingredients and the place is a total vibe … walk the gardens after with your coffee or sit on one of the cute benches they offer and take in the scenery … they don’t have a ton of food options (as of the date of this post) but do offer some small bites in scones and muffins.
JANJOU PATISSERIE
Shown above is the beloved JanJou patisserie … which has become famous here in Boise … definitely recommend getting there EARLY so you can avoid standing in a possibly very long line … yes, it’s THAT good!!
COFFEE WITH A TWIST
Love this new coffee place, shown above, called Coffee With A Twist … they have delicious twisty pastries and delicious coffee and matcha options!
HIDDEN GROUNDS COFFEE

LOVING LEFSE
I am obsessed with this coffee and lefse truck for so many reasons … Loving Lefse serves up coffee and delicious lefse goodies … the owners are amazing and it’s a great local business to support!
ROOTED COFFEE CO.
Love the vibes and patio at this coffee place in Hidden Springs … Rooted Coffee Co is also attached to the restaurant Springhouse at the Merc which is a great spot for pizza, burgers, tacos, and more!
THREE FATES COFFEE COMPANY
Three Fates Coffee is a European coffee experience in the Treasure Valley … absolutely DELICIOUS!!! They use only the best ingredients and syrups … and I was in love with everything I tried! They park their truck in the Lowe’s parking lot on Eagle.
COFFEE STUDIO
Coffee Studio is located near the Boise mall … it’s a darling little drive through but they also have parking to go inside … matcha, iced coffees, lattes, and more …
