Springhouse at the Merc is a gem in Treasure Valley … my husband and I had a lunch date there and it was DELICIOUS!!! I ordered the chicken tacos - they were light and fresh and the tortillas were perfect!!! I also got a side of fries because sometimes a girl just needs some fries 🙌🏻👌🏻 my husband got the spring chicken sandwich with a side salad.

Directly connected to the restaurant is their coffee house: Rooted Coffee … the vibes are amazing and they serve delicious coffee and pastries!

This spot is so cute and is located in maybe one of the cutest little towns / neighborhoods in the area … Hidden Springs 😍
