Westside's Famous Idaho Ice Cream Potato

I finally tried the famous potato ice cream sundae that I have heard about ever since I moved to Idaho! It’s currently at the Western Idaho Fair at the Westside Drive in booth which has a sign that says: Idaho Ice Cream Potato … it’s so cute and delicious and it looks exactly like a baked potato with sour cream on top! Definitely recommend getting one while you visit the fair!
