Want to avoid dangerous seed oils when you eat out??? SAME!!! It’s not always possible, we all love certain restaurants … but if you want to go out and eat knowing you aren’t ingesting canola oil (ew gross) then use the list below … always a good idea to call them first and double check that this information is still correct!
